9.1. Decisions. Any decision of the Organizer or its representatives relating to this Contest is final and without appeal.
9.2. Ownership. All entry forms, Declaration Forms, and other documents or materials sent to the Organizer in connection with the Contest (collectively the “Entry Material”) become the property of the Organizer upon submission and will not be returned to the entrants and/or the winners.
9.3. Verification. Entry Material is subject to verification by the Organizer. Any Entry Material which is incomplete, illegible, incomprehensible, mutilated, fraudulent, registered or transmitted late, bearing an invalid email address or telephone number, not including the correct answer to the mathematical skill-testing question or otherwise non-compliant will be void and will not entitle the entrant to participate in the Contest.
9.4. Disqualification. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel one or more entries of a person or disqualify any person from this Contest and/or exclude such person from any future contest or promotion held by the Organizer if any such person participating in the Contest or attempting to participate in the Contest (i) fails to comply with any of the conditions set forth herein; (ii) enters or attempts to enter the Contest by using any means that is contrary to these Rules or that is unfair to the other entrants (for example: use of automated equipment to participate in this Contest, hacking, number of entries exceeding the permitted limit, etc.); or (iii) is suspected of having directly or indirectly tampered with the Contest or of having made a false declaration.
9.5. Course of the Contest. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any component related to the Contest, including, without limitation, the Contest site, tamper with the entry process or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry of such person, to refer such person to the appropriate legal authorities and to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable laws.
9.6. Entrant identification. For the purposes of these Rules, the entrant is the person whose contact information appears on the entry form. The Organizer reserves the right to require identification before awarding a Prize.
9.7. Operation of the website. The Organizer does not guarantee in any way that the Contest website or any site linked to it will be accessible or functional without interruption during the Contest Period or that it will be error-free.
9.8. Modification of the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend, in whole or in part, the Contest at any time if an event or human intervention occurs that could alter or influence the administration, security, impartiality or conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these Rules.
9.9. End of participation to the Contest. In the event that the computer system is unable to record all entries in the Contest during the Contest Period, for any reason whatsoever, or if participation in the Contest should be terminated, in whole or in part, before the end date provided for in these Rules, the draw may be made, at the discretion of the Organizer, from among entries duly registered during the Contest Period or, where applicable, until the date of the event that terminated participation in the Contest.
9.10. Communication with entrants. No communication or correspondence will be exchanged with entrants except as provided for in these Rules or in connection with the administration of the Contest, at the initiative of the Organizer, unless entrants have otherwise consented.
9.11. Divisibility of paragraphs. If any section of these Rules is declared or held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, then that section shall be deemed void, but all other unaffected sections shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9.12. Language. In the event of a discrepancy between the French and English versions of these Rules, if an English version is available, the French version shall prevail.
9.13. Gender. The masculine gender is used without discrimination, for conciseness purposes only.
9.14. Applicable Laws. The Contest is governed and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the province of Quebec, without regard to the provisions relating to conflicts of laws.

Le Concours s’adresse aux résidents légaux de la province de Québec et de l’Ontario qui ont atteint l’âge de la majorité dans la province du Québec et de l’Ontario au moment de leur participation. Ensuite, pendant la Durée du Concours, les participants peuvent tourner la roue chanceuse se trouvant sur le site Internet du Concours accessible via les liens suivants :
3.3. Les participants peuvent tourner la roue une (1) fois par jour pendant la durée du concours.
3.4. Aucun dispositif de participation automatisée, robot et/ou autre programme ou logiciel ne sont autorisés pour participer au Concours. L’Organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable pour toute participation reçue ou transmise en retard, perdue, mal acheminée, incomplète ou corrompue, laquelle pourra être rejetée et ne donnera pas droit à une participation au Concours.

4.5. Tous les frais et toutes les dépenses qui ne sont pas spécifiquement mentionnés ci-dessus comme étant inclus dans le/un Prix seront à la charge de la personne gagnante.

D’autres communications de nature informative ou commerciale de la part de l’Organisateur et/ou du Présentateur pourront être reçues par tout participant, s’il donne son accord en cochant la case prévue à cet effet lors de son inscription au Concours. 7.1. En participant ou en tentant de participer au Concours, toute personne dégage l’Organisateur, le Présentateur, leurs sociétés affiliées, filiales et entreprises associées, leurs agences de publicité et de promotion, leurs partenaires promotionnels, les fournisseurs de produits ou services liés au Concours, ainsi que leurs employés, dirigeants, administrateurs, agents et représentants respectifs (collectivement les « Parties Libérées ») de toute responsabilité en lien avec ou découlant du Concours, incluant, sans limitation, en cas de perte, dommage ou blessure de quelque nature que ce soit lié à l’acceptation ou à l’utilisation (bonne ou mauvaise) d’un Prix, à l’administration du Concours ou à la sélection des gagnants.
7.2. Sans limiter la généralité de ce qui précède et pour une plus grande certitude, les Parties Libérées ne pourront être tenues responsables pour :

Les Parties Libérées n’assument aucune responsabilité dans le cas où le Concours ne peut se dérouler comme prévu, pour quelque raison que ce soit, incluant, sans limitation, l’infection par un virus informatique, des erreurs ou anomalies informatiques, des fraudes, des défaillances techniques, ou toute autre cause qui corrompent ou affectent l’administration, la sécurité, l’équité, l’intégrité et/ou le déroulement approprié du Concours.
8.1. En participant au Concours, chaque participant consent à la collecte, à l’utilisation et à la divulgation de ses informations personnelles par l’Organisateur à des fins d’administration du Concours, d’envoi du Prix et de divulgation du gagnant. Au surplus, en participant au Concours, chaque participant affirme se conformer à toutes les conditions énumérées dans les présents Règlements et accepte la divulgation, publication et utilisation de son nom, lieu de résidence, photographie, image, voix et déclaration, sans aucune compensation ni aucun avis, aux fins de publicité, marketing et/ou besoin informationnel dans tout média ou format (incluant Internet), pour une durée indéterminée et sans limitation géographique, en relation avec ce Concours ou des concours similaires dans le futur, et accepte de signer tout document relatif à cet engagement ou considéré nécessaire par l’Organisateur.
9.1. Décisions. Toute décision de l'Organisateur ou de ses représentants, relative au présent Concours est finale et sans appel.
9.2. Propriété. Tous les formulaires d’inscription, Formulaires de déclaration et autres documents transmis à l’Organisateur en lien avec le Concours (collectivement les « Documents de participation ») deviennent la propriété de l’Organisateur dès leur envoi et ne seront en aucun cas retournés aux participants et/ou au gagnant.
9.3. Vérification. Les Documents de participation sont sujets à vérification par l’Organisateur. Tout Document de participation qui est, selon le cas, incomplet, illisible, incompréhensible, mutilé, frauduleux, enregistré ou transmis en retard, comprenant une adresse courriel ou un numéro de téléphone invalide, ne comportant pas la bonne réponse à la question d’ordre mathématique ou qui est autrement non conforme sera annulé et ne donnera pas droit à une participation au Concours.
9.4. Disqualification. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’annuler la participation d’un participant ou de disqualifier un participant du Concours et/ou de l’exclure de tout autre concours ou promotion futur tenu par l’Organisateur (i) s’il fait défaut de respecter chacune des conditions des présents Règlements; (ii) s’il participe au Concours ou tente d’y participer en utilisant un moyen contraire aux présents Règlements ou de nature à être inéquitable envers les autres participants (par exemple : utilisation d’équipement automatisé afin de participer au Concours, piratage, nombre de participations excédant la limite permise, etc.); ou (iii) s’il est soupçonné d’avoir trafiqué directement ou indirectement le déroulement du Concours ou d’avoir fait une fausse déclaration.
9.5. Déroulement du Concours. Toute tentative par un participant ou toute autre personne visant à endommager délibérément tout élément lié au Concours, incluant, sans limitation, le site du Concours, à corrompre le processus d’inscription ou à saboter le déroulement légitime du Concours constitue une violation des lois civiles et criminelles. Si de telles tentatives étaient menées, l’Organisateur se réserve le droit de rejeter la participation de la personne concernée, de la livrer aux autorités judiciaires compétentes et d’obtenir réparation en vertu des lois applicables.
9.6. Identification du participant. Aux fins des présents Règlements, le participant est la personne dont les coordonnées figurent sur le formulaire d’inscription. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit d’exiger une pièce d’identité avant la remise du/d’un Prix.
9.7. Fonctionnement du site Internet. L’Organisateur ne garantit d'aucune façon que le site Internet du Concours ou tout site y étant lié sera accessible ou fonctionnel sans interruption pendant la Durée du Concours ou qu'il sera exempt de toute erreur.
9.8. Modification du Concours. L’Organisateur se réserve le droit, à son entière discrétion, d’annuler, de terminer, de modifier ou de suspendre, en tout ou en partie, le Concours en tout temps dans l’éventualité où il se manifeste un événement ou toute intervention humaine pouvant corrompre ou affecter l’administration, la sécurité, l’impartialité ou le déroulement du Concours tel que prévu dans les présents Règlements.
9.9. Fin de la participation au Concours. Dans l'éventualité où le système informatique n'était pas en mesure d'enregistrer toutes les participations au Concours pendant la Durée du Concours, et ce, pour quelque raison que ce soit, ou si la participation au Concours devait prendre fin en totalité ou en partie avant la date de fin prévue aux présents Règlements, le tirage pourra se faire, à la discrétion de l’Organisateur, parmi les participations admissibles reçues pendant la Durée du Concours ou, le cas échéant, jusqu'à la date de l'événement ayant mis fin à la participation au Concours.
9.10. Communication avec les participants. Aucune communication ou correspondance ne sera échangée avec les participants autrement que conformément aux présents Règlements ou dans le cadre de l’administration du Concours, à l'initiative de l’Organisateur, sauf si les participants y ont autrement consenti.
9.11. Divisibilité des paragraphes. Si un paragraphe de ces Règlements est déclaré ou jugé illégal, inexécutable ou nul par une cour compétente, alors ce paragraphe sera considéré comme étant nul, mais tous les autres paragraphes qui ne sont pas touchés seront appliqués dans les limites permises par la loi.
9.12. Langue. En cas de divergence entre la version française et la version anglaise des présents Règlements, dans l’éventualité où une version anglaise est disponible, la version française prévaudra.
9.13. Genre. Le genre masculin est utilisé, sans discrimination, dans le seul but d’alléger le texte.
9.14. Lois applicables. Le Concours est régi et interprété exclusivement conformément aux lois de la province de Québec, sans égard aux dispositions relatives aux conflits de lois.
